Terms and Conditions

All payments are through the Association of Rotational Moulders Australasia Ltd ABN 18 649 863 338 and with a surcharge of $0.99c + 2.5% for credit card transaction.  Payments can be made by bank transfer or you can Direct Debit Form to access the paperwork for a monthly direct debit of membership/supporter fees.

 

Membership Payments

Annual membership payments are non-refundable.  If you feel that have not received the services promised, an application can be made to the ARMA Board of Directors in writing to info@rotationalmoulding.com and it will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis taking into consideration the current term of your membership.

Monthly membership payments require 30 days’ notice for cancellation in writing.

 

Event Payments

Full or partial cancellation fees will apply to registrations after early bird closes. Within 30 days of an event there are no refunds unless approved by the ARMA Board for extenuating circumstances.

 

Complaints

For any complaints or issues arising from payments processed on your credit card, please contact the ARMA CEO immediately on info@rotationalmoulding.com and if the issue is unable to be resolved, it will be referred to the ARMA Board.
