Chiayi Night Market, a bustling hotspot in Taiwan, is a must-visit for food lovers and culture seekers. Located in the heart of Chiayi City, this lively market comes alive at night with rows of food stalls offering a mouthwatering array of local delicacies, from the famous turkey rice and oyster omelets to bubble tea and crispy scallion pancakes. The vibrant atmosphere, filled with enticing aromas and friendly vendors, makes it the perfect place to experience authentic Taiwanese street food. Beyond the incredible eats, visitors can browse eclectic stalls selling clothing, accessories, and souvenirs or try their luck at traditional night market games.

The Demilitarized Zone (DMZ) in South Korea is a unique and powerful destination, offering a rare glimpse into the tension and history of the Korean Peninsula. Visitors can explore key sites like Dora Observatory, where you can see North Korea, and The Third Tunnel, one of the secret tunnels dug by the North.

A visit to the DMZ provides a profound understanding of the ongoing division, making it one of the most intriguing and thought-provoking experiences in South Korea.

One of Taiwan's most famous landmarks, the Taipei Grand Hotel, offers a wealth of historical interest for guests. The hotel was built to accommodate foreign ambassadors or heads of state and used to be one of Taiwan's fanciest venues. Its purpose was to daze guests but also to offer safety in case of attack. The property holds many secrets and some of them have started to be known to the public only recently. 

During this private tour the group will learn about the secret passages and many other curious features of this amazing venue and will also get to experience a stay.

As part of the Rototour experience in Japan, attendees will visit the University of Shiga Prefecture, a hub for environmental science and sustainable design. This unique opportunity will include a guided discussion with students on the use of potable rainwater tanks and the broader role of plastics in water management. It’s a chance to share knowledge, explore new ideas, and hear fresh perspectives from the next generation of environmental engineers and designers.

We’re also honoured to be joined by Mr Toshio Igarashi, who will speak about the potential for expanding rotational moulding in Japan, including its applications in infrastructure, sustainability, and product innovation.
