TAIWAN
Rototour delegates will meet in Taiwan, a vibrant island known for its stunning landscapes, rich culture, and cutting-edge technology. Taiwan promises to be an exciting and enriching experience.
The group will spend time in Taipei, the vibrant capital city known for its stunning skyline, bustling night markets, and rich cultural heritage. While in Taipei, we will visit the National Palace Museum, one of the world’s largest collections of Chinese art, with priceless artifacts spanning thousands of years of history.
The days will be filled with visits to a variety of moulding factories, where you’ll witness cutting-edge production processes and the craftsmanship behind Taiwan’s industrial innovation. During the three-night stay, there will also be time to explore the local culture, with stops in Chiayi, a charming city known for its beautiful traditional temples and unique local cuisine. In Chiayi, you'll have the chance to taste famous dishes like chicken rice and enjoy a more laid-back, authentic Taiwanese experience, immersing yourself in the island’s traditions.



SOUTH KOREA
Next stop for Rototour East Asia is Seoul, South Korea, where you'll begin with a fascinating tour of the Demilitarised Zone (DMZ), offering a rare glimpse into the history and tensions of the Korean peninsula. Afterwards, you'll visit rotomoulding factories to witness South Korea’s expertise in the manufacturing industry.
From Seoul, travel on to Jeonbuk-do, a dynamic province known for its rich history, beautiful countryside, and vibrant local culture. In Jeonbuk-do, explore the charming city of Jeonju, famous for its traditional hanok village, mouthwatering bibimbap, and thriving art scene. For shopping enthusiasts, the area offers a mix of traditional markets and modern shopping districts where you can find local crafts, textiles, and unique souvenirs.
Soak it all in, from the historic landmarks to the local food and shopping, before heading to your final country—Japan—to continue your East Asia adventure!



JAPAN
Our final stop is to Osaka, Japan, which always offers an exciting adventure! Start by immersing yourself in Japan's rich culinary scene, savouring the city's famous street foods like takoyaki (octopus balls), okonomiyaki (savoury pancakes), and fresh sushi.
Enjoy the beautiful Cherry Blossoms, or sakura, these are very special and hold immense cultural significance in Japan, and there's even a dedicated word for "cherry blossom viewing"—hanami. The blooming season is celebrated with festivals and outdoor gatherings.
In addition to the moulding factories we visit, will be exploring Japan’s automotive history with a visit to the Toyota Automobile Museum and Motomachi Plant. Explore the fascinating evolution of Toyota's engineering and design, from classic models to futuristic prototypes, while also taking a behind-the-scenes tour of the factories to see how these world-renowned vehicles are made. We will also head to the Nintendo Museum, where the magic of gaming comes to life, allowing you to explore the iconic games and consoles that revolutionised the world of entertainment. With a perfect blend of innovation, culture, and food, your time in Osaka will be an unforgettable experience.
