Tuff Lite Ltd was engaged in the development of a prototype plastic trailer made from polyethylene using rotational and injection moulded components. The company was unable to complete the commercialisation of the trailer with the available funding and ceased operations.
The company wishes to sell it assets, being various moulds and tools, and one production trailer.

The company did take out some patent and design protection but did not have the funds to maintain these assets and, to the best of the company’s knowledge, all intellectual property assets have lapsed.
The company is prepared to include a blanket undertaking to transfer beneficial ownership of any copyright or other intellectual property assets should they come to light.
