Machines:

1 x 3.5 metre STP Shuttle, with 2 x straight arms, 1 x offset arm, air conditioned HMI control panel, twin operator pedestals, independent overhead hoists, steel spiders and security fences and gates. Originally purchased with advanced electronic packages for positioning and air control back in 2003. Only ever run natural gas and a single shift operation.

2 x Open flame machines natural gas with PLC controls able to mould up to approx. 1.2 metres.

Granulator and band saw, Forklift extendable jib attachment, hand operated punch, numerous pipe fittings and sizes, 14 x moulded Pallet bins for regrind stackable, Yale ride on forklift and Crown walkie stacker. Large steel work tables, hand tools, Italian made steel notcher suitable for steel angle and straight sections.

Large industrial fan suitable for oven, maxon burner, pedestal drill, etc. geared arm for oven use approx. 75 mm diam.

Tooling:

Over 200 tools inclusive of tanks, drums, hospitality bins, marina floats, commercial rubbish bins, slimline tank, road furniture, water tanks, etc.. injection moulding tooling for 150mm screw lid and seals, vacuum forming tools for clear lids, Dangerous goods IBC including drawings and jig tables as well as registered naming rights. Transport tank designs for both liquids and powders.
